break room renovations at DDJC in tracy cA
$195K (completed) Work included but was not limited to: clean existing counter-tops, sinks, windows. Installed new electrical circuits, outlets, and new LED lighting fixtures. Demolition of existing flooring, installed new VCT tiles and rubber baseboard. Light plumbing, cabinet replacement and new counter tops. Installed mini-split HVAC systems, and new acoustical tile ceiling in some break rooms. Subcontracted out installation of new blast rated windows. Scheduled for completion in 132 days but was completed in less than 90 days.
warehouse renovation at sierra army depot in hurlong cA
$4.5M (complete) Renovation of four warehouses totaling over 250,000 square feet of space. Replacement of building siding, installation of exterior guard rails, repaired exterior concrete docks and ramps, replaced sliding cargo doors, repaired gypsum boards, and replaced gutters and windows. The contract also included structural repairs in all four buildings. The four buildings remained open during construction. The phasing for this contract required close coordination between contracting and our highly organized team. This project was intended to be completed in 720 days but was completed in 455 days.
